Set against the backdrop of Mangalore, Con City follows what appears to be an ordinary household. Beneath the surface, however, the family operates as a tightly knit gang of seasoned con artists who sustain themselves by pulling off elaborate scams.
Arjun Das and Anna Ben portray the central couple of the story. Veteran actor Vadivukkarasi and comedian Yogi Babu round out the quirky family dynamic. Their structured life is disrupted when their differently-abled son, Jeeva, is kidnapped.
